29 CFR 1926.59: The employer had not developed a written hazard communication program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200 as incorporated by reference: a. At the jobsite located at 4365 SW 118th Ter, Ocala, FL: On or about January 26, 2022, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals when using chemicals such as Karnak-19 Ultra and Asphalt Cements/Mastics/Coating to install shingles in a residential house, in that the employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of the standard will be met.
