29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards while working below framing activities. This was most recently documented when employees engaged in ground hand activities in that head protection was not utilized. This was most recently documented at 8588 Chris Street Bel Aire, Kansas. Marcelo Contreras Villa dba Jackson Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1508640, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-18-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 5682 Pebblecreek St. Bel Aire, KS.
