29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3):Each recordable injury or illness was not entered on the OSHA 300 Log and/or an incident report (OSHA Form 301or equivalent) within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred: a) Pioneer Enterprises LLC., doing business as, C&R Recyclers LLC, located at 19242 State Route 576 in Pioneer, Ohio: On or about January 21, 2022 the employer did not meet the requirements for recording injuries and illnesses in a timely manner. Two recordable injuries that occurred on or about January 21, 2022 as a result of a fire, were not entered on the OSHA 300 Log (or equivalent) within seven calendar days.
