29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: All Best Contractors Corporation does not ensure that employees use appropriate protective helmets where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 01/19/22, at Barington Court, Building 3, Mt. Holly NJ: a- Barington Court, Building 3, Mt. Holly NJ: Workers were exposed to head injuries from impact or falling objects when they were not protected by protective helmets or hard hats when performing framing and other activities at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 01/19/22. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
