29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify, through a written certification, the identity of the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed, and the date the hazard assessment was done: a) Imperial Marble & Granite, Inc. located at 10 Industrial Hwy Building H Lester, PA: On or about January 14, 2022, the employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included: - the identity of the workplace evaluated - the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed - the date the hazard assessment was done Employees engaged in polishing and cutting activities on natural stone and quartz, which exposes them to crystalline silica dust, flying objects and noise.
