29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that appropriate eye or face protection was used when employees were subjected to eye injuries from flying objects, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation. Loading Dock: On and/or before January 11, 2022 employee(s) used forklift(s) to load/unload delivery trucks. Protective goggles were not used over the eyes while changing liquefied gas propane tank(s). This condition exposed employee(s) to eye damage and/or frostbite. The Cahuilla Casino Hotel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.133(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384757, citation number 1, item number 1(b) and was affirmed as a final order on May 09, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 52702 Highway 371 Anza, CA. 92539
