29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s) Production floor, Clamp press #1,2,3,4. On or about January 6 2022, and time prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that light curtain guards were not working/installed properly as to provide protection to employees operating the clamp presses #1-4. Daewon America, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1428764 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 12, 2019 , with respect to a workplace located at 155 Alabama St, Auburn AL 36832.
