Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a- #2 Roxbury Road, Mahwah NJ 07430: CSHO observed an employee engaged in sheathing activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the ground below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized . Condition observed on or about 08/01/2022
