The employer did not ensure that fall protection was utilized by employees, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of 15 feet. Juan M Dominguez Martinez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 14238883, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 7290 Konold Court, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110.
