29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 318-322 Lenell Loop - Building 43, Delaware, Ohio: On or about December 15, 2021, the employer failed to maintain a safety and health program to ensure hazard detection and correction including, but not limited to, fall protection, ladder safety and personal protective equipment, thereby exposing employees to fall and struck-by hazards. Perez Construction LLC was previously cited for a Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1477523, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 824 Forest Edge Court, Lot 7219, Marysville, Ohio.
