29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a): Interior Second Floor - The employer did not have a written hazard communication program that describes how training, safety data sheet, and labeling requirements will be met. Employees were painting the ceiling using interior paint, primer and caulk. Hazardous chemicals included in those products included, but were not limited to, Titanium Dioxide, Limestone and Silica Amorphous on or about December 13, 2021. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
