29 CFR 1910.119(c)(2): The employers did not consult with employees and their representatives on the conduct and development of process hazard analyses and on the development of the elements of process safety management in this standard. a. 2nd Processing - On or about December 6, 2021, the employer failed to include the employees representatives UFCW 1776 in the development of the PHA and other elements of the PSM program. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
