29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) 2233 26th Street SW Allentown, PA: On or about December 9, 2021, a portable fire extinguisher located in the warehouse was not mounted, located and identified so that it may be readily accessible to employees. The extinguisher was being stored on the floor near the loading dock ramp adjacent to the electrical panels.
