29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system : a- On or about 11/19/2021 (Unprotected Edge): An employee engaged in framing activities on an unprotected edge were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Adrian Construction Group LLC was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1281826 and 1356088. In regards to Inspection Number 1281826, Citation #01, Item # 02 , was issued on 05/28/2018 to a workplace located at 134 Lyon Street, Paterson NJ 07512. This citation became a final order on 07/26/18 (DCAT). In regards to Inspection Number 1356088, Citation # 02, Item # 01, was issued on 01/24/2019 to a work place located at 1085 Linwood Ave, Ridgewood NJ 07450.
