29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 138 Abbott St., Springfield, MA: On or about November 16, 2021, employees were observed engaged in residential roofing activities and were not protected from falling over 16 feet by either means of guard rail systems, safety net systems or a personal fall arrest system. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
