29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: A) King Soopers, 4600 Leetsdale Dr., Glendale, CO 80246: On 11/17/2022, and at times prior, exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Exit routes were blocked by item carts and product trollies leaving no space for travel at multiple locations throughout the route. These obstructions exposed employees to fire hazards. Dillon Companies, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37 (a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1381500, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/15/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4910 South Yosemite Street in Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
