29 CFR 1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were deenergized and rendered inoperative did not have tags attached at all points where such equipment or circuits can be energized: a) On or about November 16, 2021, the employer did not apply tags to the disconnect/shutoff switches of a Northern Technologies electrical service cabinet that had been deenergized while employees performed work on and within the cabinet. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
