29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used: a) 20 Bruckner Blvd - 5th floor - Interior: One employee was exposed to approximately 8 feet fall hazard while engaged in dismantling scaffolding utilizing cross braces and scaffold frames for scaffold access, on or about 10/18/21. b) 20 Bruckner Blvd - 5th floor - Exterior: One employee was exposed to approximately 80 feet fall hazard while engaged in dismantling scaffolding utilizing cross braces and scaffold frames for scaffold access, on or about 10/18/21. Spring Scaffolding LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1240162, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/17/18, with respect to a workplace located at 123 Baxter Streetnull, New York NY.
