29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: Chiller Room: On or before November 04, 2021 employee(s) used a DeWalt bench grinder and the work rest was not adjusted to a maximum opening of one eighth of an inch. Employees were exposed to in going nip point hazards. The Spotlight 29 Casino was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1263690, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on February 13, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 46-200 Harrison Place, Coachella, CA. 92236.
