29 CFR 1915.89(o)(7): Upon completion of employee training, the employer shall keep a record that the employee accomplished the training, and that this training is current. The training record shall contain at least the employee's name, date of training, and the subject of the training. (a) Jobsite - On or about October 27, 2021 the employer did not keep a training record that employees had accomplished the training and that the training was current, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
