29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1):Openings through which conductors enter boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed. On or about November 4, 2021 or times prior thereto, inside the production area an electrical oven outlet box was missing a knockout plug exposing employees to electrical burn hazards.
