29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): The employer did not enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness had occurred: a.) Miller Printing and Publishing Inc. dba Area Shopper Miller Printing - On or about 10/27/21, an employee sustained a recordable injury while working at the Web Leader press (serial #61=138). The injury was not recorded on the 300 log, nor was a 301 completed, within 7 calendar days of the injury. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
