29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At jobsite located at 17729 Eby St. Overland Park, KS, employee engaged residential framing activities using pneumatic nail guns were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized. M.R. Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522918, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06-29-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 9256 Marion St, LENEXA, KS. M.R.
