29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): All Best Contractors Corporation does not ensure that employees use appropriate fall protection while engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 10/18/21, at 28 & 30 Boardwalk Road in Evesham NJ: a- 30 Boardwalk Road, Eastampton NJ: An employee engaged in framing activities was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 10 feet 9 inches feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 10/18/21. b - 28 Boardwalk Road, Eastampton NJ: The company worksite Foreman engaged in framing and sheathing related activities was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 10 feet 2 inches feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 10/18/21. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
