29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: a. 156 West Harrisburg Avenue Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania - On or about October 19, 2021, in the Packing Room near the southern door, the fire extinguisher was not inspected monthly and was used as a hanging device for an extension cord. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
