29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Location - 27 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA On or about 10/07/21, employees were not protected from fall hazards while working on a sloped roof greater than 30 feet above a lower level without fall protection. Barry Billcliff was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443647, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/04/20, with respect to a workplace located at 472 NH-111, Hampstead, NH 03841.
