29 CFR 1926.652(e)(2)(i):Excavation of material to a level no greater than 2 feet (.61 m) below the bottom of the members of a support system was permitted: Opposite 200 Hartford Tpke., Shrewsbury, MA: On or about October 8, 2021, an employee was observed working in an excavation where the protective system was more than 6 feet from the bottom of the excavation where the employee was working. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with(1).
