29 CFR 1926.403(h): Identification of disconnecting means and circuits. Each disconnecting means required by this subpart for motors and appliances shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. These markings shall be of sufficient durability to withstand the environment involved. a) Fort Knox Army Installation - Bldg. 2840, Rooms 209 and 211 - 1st Infantry Division Road: On or about 10/06/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to an electrical and fire hazard, in that the breakers in the 120V breaker panel supplying temporary power to the site were not labelled.
