West Fraser, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard of 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1502492, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1509 South Byron Butler Parkway, Perry, FL 32347.
