29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c): (a) Groundworks Colorado, LLC DBA Foundation Repair of Western Colorado at 638 Meadow Rd in Snowmass Village, CO 81615: On or about October 1, 2021, and at times prior, employees were working in trenches up to 10 feet 6 inches deep without protective systems in place. This exposed employees to cave-in hazards.
