29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent: (a) On or about 09/17/2021 - at U.S. Pipe and Foundry, 2023 Saint Louis Avenue, Bessemer, AL, the employer did not record an injury correctly where an employee was burned in three locations on his right side on 09/10/2021, and the case was recorded as other recordable cases, when the case resulted in days away from work.
