29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: a) 506 West Onondaga Street, Syracuse, NY 13204, on or about 8/31/21: Workers were using a BOSCH table saw without a guard. VIP Structures was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.304(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1373133, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/7/19, with respect to a workplace located at 900 East Fayette Street, Syracuse, NY 13201.
