29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Lot 79 Ocean Meadows Subdivision Lewes, DE 19958 - On or about September 10, 2021, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting framing work on a steep roof while being unprotected in all directions, approximately 28 feet above the lower level, were provided adequate fall protection. Advanced Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1516909, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 8, 2021 with respect to a workplace located at Lot 44 Quails Nest Development, Dover, DE 19904.
