29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(4): The employer did not make the written hazard communication program available upon request to the Assistant Secretary and the Director in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1020(e): a.) UPMC Horizon dba MERP, Sanitation area of the facility, on or about September 2nd, 2021 and times prior thereto:Employees worked with and around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Avert brand Sporicidal Disinfectant Cleaner during the sanitation of medical equipment. The employer did not make their Hazard Communication Program available upon request in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1020 (e). ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
