29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) On or about August 31, 2021, the far left exit route of the store was obstructed by stored product/boxes, impeding direct means of egress for employees in the event of an emergency. The Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1517332, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6-22-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 73 E. Hollis St, Nashua NH.
