29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 3110 Grove Court Mechanicsburg, PA - Employees performed residential framing work and installing decking activities 13 feet above the ground without the benefit of a fall protection system, exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about August 31, 2021. Maximum Contractors Corporation was cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1530118, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 10, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2&4 Maplewood , Lakewood NJ, 08710. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or written records.
