29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Store Wide: On or about August 31, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were required to use a 120 VAC electrical outlet constructed from a 4 " x 4" metal box with pre-punched knockouts on a flexible cord where the electrical equipment was not listed or labeled for that use.
