29 CFR 1910.502(r)(1)(ii): The employer did not report to OSHA each work-related COVID-19 in-patient hospitalization within 24 hours of the employer learning about the in-patient hospitalization: a) Lifeshare Blood Center Beaumont located at 4305 Laurel St., Beaumont, TX 77707: On or about August 5, 2021, an employee was hospitalized due to contracting COVID-19 at the workplace. The employer did not report the work-related hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours. The employer reported the hospitalization to OSHA on August 12, 2021.
