29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Location: Worksite Employees are being exposed to hazards associated with overhead dropped objects, caught between and struck-by equipment where the employer does not conduct regular and frequent inspections of the jobsite to identify and eliminate such hazards. The employer routinely fails to initiate and maintain a safety program, which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites as demonstrated on or about August 13, 2021, when employer did not inspect the worksite located at 18 Crestway Road in order to identify and eliminated hazards.
