29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about July 21, 2021, employees were engaged in servicing and/or maintenance activities such as, but not limited to clearing out wooden boards from the rollers of machines including, but not limited to Planer #1 without utilizing energy control procedures. Hixson Lumber Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which as contained in OSHA inspection number 1383541, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order date on April 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1207 S. Macon Ave., Russellville, AR 72802.
