29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a. Located at 115 Beaman Gates Drive, Lot 273, Pataskala, Ohio 43062: On or about July 27, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees performing framing work onsite were effectively trained in the recognition of fall hazards and the fall protection requirements. Clarence M. Brigner III was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1388938, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/12/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6806 Hidden Creek Loop, Galena, Ohio 43021. Clarence Brigner was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1318117, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/17/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 125 Old Bag Drive, Pataskala, Ohio 43062.
