29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by in going nip points, and unguarded conveyor belts: a) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (America Waffle House - Blue waffle conveyor) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to provide machine guarding at in going nip points between the conveyor motor belts and sprockets. This operational point exposed employees to caught in hazards. b) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (Spiral Freezer ) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to provide machine guarding at in going nip points between the conveyor motor belts and sprockets.
