29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1):The employer did not have a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they use. a) 6113 N 9th Ave, Pensacola FL - Bay #1 Left hand side; On July 19, 2021 and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure safety data sheets (SDS's) were readily available to employees using hazardous chemicals including but not limited to grease, motor oil, and cleansers.
