Located at 176 Preserve Drive in Pickerington, Ohio: On or about July 8, 2021, the employer did not maintain an effective safety and health program to ensure that hazards were identified and corrected onsite while employees performed framing work. Raymond Cortes was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1476953, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 250 Faulkner Drive, Lithopolis, Ohio 43136. Raymundo Cortes Munguia Aka Raymond Cortes was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378639, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 04/25/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 49, 704 Salisbury Street, Pickerington, Ohio 43147. Raymond Cortes was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1358710, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7033 Cannon Drive, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110.
