29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) TL6 Machine; on or about June 21, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, electrical hazards, compressed air, hydraulic power, and gravitational energy hazards, in that lockout/tagout training was not provided to authorized employees performing work inside the machine cage during production operations. Latexco, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1363634, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/23/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 975 Gerrard Road, Lavonia, GA 30553.
