29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Miller Family Construction, LLC, The employer does not require any form of fall protection during framing operations. The violation was most recently observed at site location 1005 Somerset Drive, Perrysburg, Ohio, where employees were not protected from falls over 24 ft. to the ground below. To abate this hazard the employer must ensure that all its employees performing framing work are protected from falls, and no employees are allowed to work above 6 feet without adequate fall protection.
