29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. On or about June 25, 2021, located at 161 Shaleridge Drive, Pataskala, OH 43062, the employer did not maintain a safety and health program to ensure detection and correction of hazards during roofing activities. The A&E Roofing Rubber LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1357646, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Mulberry Avenue, Pomeroy, OH 45769.
