29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employee(s) who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: On or about 06-14-2021, and times prior thereto, located at Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, 701 E Byrd Street Richmond, Virginia 23219, employee(s) in were exposed to the voluntary usage of N95 respirators without being provided Appendix D advisory information. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
