29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a) 200 E Penn Ave., Alburtis - On or about June 11, 2021, the aluminum extension ladder did not extend at least three feet above the surface. AJ Kerekes Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1327530, citation number 2 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at. 1013 Hanover Ave, Allentown, PA.
