29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(iv): Elevated platform(s), 4 feet or more from the floor level, were not provided with a standard railing. (a) Edger Tail Conveyor - On or about June 3, 2021 the employer did not guard the end of the catwalk with standard railing exposing employees to a fall from heights greater than 4 feet to the concrete below. The Winona Hardwood, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1382004, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/29/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 164 Sawyer Loop Winona, MS 38967.
